For the past eight years the Customer Service Representatives at The Answer Network have participated in the Award of Excellence program sponsored by ATSI. The program is designed to “secret shop” and score each representative on the quality of call handling. Each year The Answer Network has participated the CSRs have qualified for the Award of Excellence and in 2014 they were awarded top call score honors. This program is extremely instrumental in helping us meet our goal of providing outstanding customer service to every caller every day. The CSRs will be participating in the program for for 2016. The call kick off was November 1 2015. We are excited to get started and looking forward to another great year of participation in this program!
