Michael Fultz


Michael started the Answer Network in 1995 after twenty plus years in the telephone industry. His vision for the industry continues to grow. Michael's goal is to provide professional telemessaging and contact solutions for businesses and industries of all sizes and locations. He served on the ATSI board for several years and is also the immediate past President of the Association.

Mandi celebrated her 19th year of employment at The Answer Network February of this year. She started working with her father, Mike, in the answering service industry as a part time operator and held various positions throughout the company before accepting the role of Vice President in 2001. Although she wears many hats in her role of Vice President she is primarily involved in Sales and Marketing for The Answer Network and is dedicated to promoting the growth and success of the company.

Professional Associations

The Answer Network is committed to forging strong partnerships with important service providers and professional organizations.

Telescan is our answering service platform that allows us to process and dispatch calls according to the customer's protocol. It is designed to be as detailed as necessary to meet our customer's needs and offers a variety of dispatching methods to ensure they receive their calls in a timely fashion.

We are and have been members of the Roanoke Regional Chamber of Commerce for many years. The Chamber puts us in touch with other businesses in our area and surrounding areas for networking opportunities throughout the year. They also offer numerous training and continuing education classes in a variety of subjects including sales, marketing and customer service. We will be participating in their Business and Technology Expo as an exhibitor on April 15 from Noon to 7pm.
