Michael Fultz

President/CEO

Michael started the Answer Network in 1995 after twenty plus years in the telephone industry.  His vision for the industry continues to grow.  Michael's goal is to provide professional telemessaging and contact solutions for businesses and industries of all sizes and locations. He served on the ATSI board for several years and is also the immediate past President of the Association.

Mandi Fultz Neese

Vice President

Mandi joined her father in the answering service industry in 1997.  Starting out as a part time operator she has held various positions within the company before accepting the role of Vice President in 2001.

Julia Childress

General Manager

Julia serves as General Manager of The Answer Network.  She joined the team in 2001 as part time operator who worked her way through the ranks of supervisor and taking over as General Manager in 2005.  Julia enjoys working with both the operators and customers to ensure our operations always run smoothly.
