Another October Reminder to THINK PINK!
October is winding down… We are preparing to serve candy to ghosts and goblins and before we know it the Holiday Season will be upon us.
I wanted to take one last opportunity to remind you that October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. To all the ladies that read this please schedule your annual check up. It’s easy to forget in the madness that most of us call lives, so I encourage you to make that check up a priority! Also for you men, remind and encourage all the women in your lives to take this important step in taking care of themselves! Although it’s less common…men you too can be affected so take care of yourselves as well!
So many women have and will be diagnosed with breast cancer this year. The number of women diagnosed annually continues to grow. Research has afforded modern medicine many advances and options in helping to treat this horrible disease. Early detection is your best medicine!!!
