Message Retrieval

At The Answer Network we know that every company is different and the way they wish to receive their messages is as well.  We offer a wide variety of options to get your messages to you, whether they be of an emergent nature or a matter that can wait for the next business day.  The following options are available to receive your messages based on your company's needs:

• SMS messaging - the message will immediately be sent to your cell phone as a text message to which you can reply to
• Email messaging - each message we take for your company can be directly emailed to you as they come in or held for an email recap the following day, you specify the recap time, recurrence and email address that will receive message, multiple email addresses can receive the recaps as well
• Fax messaging - much like an email recap we can fax each message we take to you immediately upon completion or in a recap form
• Alpha numeric paging - your message will display on your pager immediately upon completion
• Digital paging - a call back number will display across your pager alerting you or your on call personnel to call The Answer Network to retrieve your message
• Messages held for pick up - messages will be held until you call in to pick them up

Our protocols are customized to your specific account.  You can choose to receive your messages one way or all ways based on your company's needs.  Emergency calls can be delivered in a different manner than office calls or we can contact you for every call you receive.  Your protocol is completely up to you!
