Emergency Call Services

This service incorporates a traditional answering service plus an option to have your emergency calls sent to you immediately. You simply provide us with a list of what your company determines to be an emergency and a call that is deemed emergent per that list will be dispatched accordingly. Dispatch methods include:

• SMS message to a cellular phone
• Alpha numeric page to a pager
• Digital page to a pager
• Direct dial to a cell phone, home phone, office phone, etc
• Direct patch of caller through to on call personnel

You as customer will determine the protocol for your emergency calls. You contol the call list and the intervals of time in which we have to reach your on call personnel. Our system is capable of alerting us if your message is not retrieved in a timely manner so we can continue down your call list to ensure your call is dispatched accordingly.
